♡ RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because press-on nails are personal-use beauty products, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or requests to switch to another style after an order has been fulfilled, except where required by applicable law.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, worn, applied, altered, or otherwise used cannot be returned or exchanged.

✦ SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER?

Every order is carefully checked before leaving us. Still, occasionally something may not arrive exactly as it should.

If you receive an item that is:

02	Incorrect or different from what you ordered

04	Affected by a manufacturing defect

What we'll need

To help us review your request quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A short description of the issue

• Clear photos or video showing the affected item

• Photos of the shipping packaging if the order arrived damaged

Please keep the product and original packaging while your request is being reviewed.

Once we've reviewed the information, we'll work with you toward an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

No two handmade details are exactly the same.

LUVLUI nails may feature hand-painted artwork, individually placed gemstones, sculptural details, 3D elements, and other handcrafted finishes.

Because every set passes through real hands, subtle variations can naturally occur.

Natural handmade variations may include:

COLOR · PATTERN · TEXTURE · GEMSTONE PLACEMENT · 3D DETAIL

Small differences in these details are part of the individual character of handmade nail art and are generally not considered defects.

However, significant damage, missing components, incorrect products, or workmanship issues that materially affect the appearance or intended use of your nails can still be reviewed under our faulty-item policy.

Handmade means individual — not imperfect.

Because nail shapes and natural nail beds vary from person to person, customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before ordering.

↗ CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Changed your mind shortly after ordering?

Contact us at support@luvlui.com as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet entered processing, production, or fulfillment, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may no longer be able to:

your order.

For this reason, please double-check your style, size, quantity, and shipping information before completing checkout.

↙ REFUNDS

If your refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method.

After we process the refund, your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Original shipping charges and other delivery-related fees are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.

Please don't send a product back to us without contacting us first.

If a physical return is required, our customer care team will provide the appropriate return instructions.

For approved claims involving an incorrect, damaged, or defective product caused by us, we'll also provide information about any applicable return-shipping arrangements.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Customers in the European Union and certain other jurisdictions may have additional mandatory consumer rights.

Where applicable, eligible consumers may have the right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.
